Our new websites are designed to highlight the District and our schools and provide families and staff with the information they need.

While we are excited to launch the new sites, the project does come with a few potential (and temporary) issues. We request your patience and assistance as we continue to refine the pages on each site.

If you need information urgently and can’t locate it on the website or see an error, please email answers@amphi.com, and we will respond and address the concern as quickly as possible, typically the same day or within 24 hours.

Visitors

Classroom Visitors: 

All visitors on campus must first check in, sign in at the office to obtain a visitors pass. Visitor badges must be worn at all times, while on campus. Any visitor in classrooms must be pre-approved by the teacher and/or administration.
 

Lunch Visitors: 

It is always fun to come and have lunch with your child at school. However, our space is limited, and we have a very full cafeteria with students moving in and out at different times. Please follow the procedures outlined below:

  1. Please notify the teacher at least 1-day ahead of time if you plan on having ONE friend join them for lunch. This must be pre-planned or it may cause a disruption and hurt feelings.
  2. All visitors must sign in at the office and wear a visitor sticker.
  3. Your child will enter the cafeteria from the courtyard. Please meet your child at the entrance.
  4. Weather permitting, you will sit at one of the many tables we have in the courtyard. If it is raining, we will set a table up in the cafeteria or use the library.
  5. If your child has a friend joining them, you may not share or bring food for that child. You may be unaware of any food allergies that the student has, and we must enforce the NO SHARE rule at all times with our students.
  6. Visitors are not allowed on the playground. Students may stay with the parents in the courtyard during recess time if they choose to do so.
  7. Visitors take on the responsibility of the supervision of the children that they are eating with and must ensure that they are following the school rules at all times.
