Dear Families,

What an amazing first day of school! Our students came in with smiles and positive energy, ready to learn and grow. It was wonderful to see them reconnecting with old friends and already making new ones. The classrooms were filled with excitement, laughter, and a strong sense of community. We are so excited for the year ahead and grateful to partner with you on your child’s learning journey!

Please read below to see some important reminders to help make our day run a little bit better for our kids.

Parents will be permitted to go beyond the gate to the playground on Thursday and Friday morning only. Please do not follow your child to class. Starting on Monday, all students will be dropped off at the gate and will walk to the playground or cafeteria for breakfast.

1. Have your dismissal card with you and visible at pick-up.

2. Please do not go around other cars in the loop, be patient and wait to exit in an orderly manner.

3. If you need to assist your child with their seatbelt, we kindly ask that you use the walk-up gate instead, so we can keep the drive-up line moving efficiently.

Preschool Drop-Off & Pick-Up Reminders

To help ensure safety and a smooth flow of traffic, please do not park in the pick-up loop. We kindly ask that you use the parking lot and walk your child to the gate to sign them in.

Here are the program times for your reference:

ECSE Preschool

• Morning Session: 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM

  • Drop-off by 7:55 AM

  • Pick-up at 10:50 AM

• Afternoon Session: 11:40 AM – 1:40 PM

  • Drop-off by 11:35 AM

  • Pick-up at 1:30 PM

Imagine Preschool

• Program hours: 7:10 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Please note: Many students follow the school day schedule of 2:15 PM dismissal, or 12:15 PM on Wednesdays.

Parents can add money to your student meal account through the Infinite Campus Parent Portal, If you don’t have access to the Portal yet, please contact the front office of your school. If you do have an account click: Parent Portal.

Breakfast: $1.35

Lunch: $2.50
